Back To School 2017 (15 December 2017)

A total of 50 children aged six to 11 years from underprivileged families received assistance in purchasing school supplies at the 'Back To School' program organized by KPJ Pasir Gudang Specialist Hospital on Friday.

Out of that, 30 children are from Sekolah Kebangsaan Tanjung Puteri Resort, and the remainder are children of the hospital employees.

All of them received a school bag and school wear equipment including footwear and socks for the use of the school session next year. The children also received the KFC food pack donation of the Welfare Fund of Doctors and Management of the hospital concerned.

Attended by its Chief Executive Officer, Mohd Azhar Abdullah and also the representative of the Doctors Specialist Welfare Fund, Dr Shamsuddin Abdul Aziz and Dr Aziz Rahman Ibramsha.

Mohd Azhar said, besides being concerned about the health of the local community, this second program is one of the corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs to help families in need especially those who have small children to relieve their children's burden to return to school next year with complete completion.
